BWC Group Lifting Event.

A fantastic night of lifting at BWC on Friday the 15th in memory of John. We had some quality lifting but most of all an excellent atmosphere. Ed with a massive deadlift, Connor with his usual huge squat and Chris maxed out the preacher curl.
