BWC at the S.P.A.J.E.R.S DD

It had been a while but on the 26/8/24 the club was represented at annual Bampton Donkey Derby. The day was very well attended and all money raised went to the SPAJERS charity fund. On the day we had a stall in one of the tents and had a Bampton Weightlifting Club weightlifting simulator set up for passers by to have a go. We didn't take any money directly but assisted in the raffle ticket sale and purchase of the stall space.

Many passers by had a go we hope it added to enjoyment of the day, and to also promote the club. Great to be involved in local events and hopefully we will get involved in

more in the future. Thanks to Candee and Chris for their help in setting things up and thanks to Alan Winterbourne for his ongoing support. 👍🏋🏻a very enjoyable day !!
